Ingredients

1 lb carrots, peeled and trimmed

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Peel and trim the carrots. If they’re thick, slice them in half lengthwise to ensure even cooking.
