Ingredients

- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk or buttermilk
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin pan or line with paper liners.
