Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken thighs and drumsticks (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or resealable bag, mix together orange juice, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken to the marinade, coating well. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375–400°F).
  4. Grill chicken skin-side down for 5–7 minutes. Flip and grill the other side for another 5–7 minutes.
  5. Move chicken to indirect heat and cook for an additional 15–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
