A dreamy dessert that’s perfect for romantic occasions or elegant gatherings, this Heart-Shaped Raspberry Mousse is light, airy, and bursting with real raspberry flavor. It’s a no-bake, make-ahead treat that’s beautiful to serve and even better to eat. Whether you’re searching for easy dinner ideas, quick Valentine’s Day desserts, or healthy snack alternatives with a touch of indulgence, this recipe has it all—charm, simplicity, and flavor.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh raspberries

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoons water

Instructions

1. Blend raspberries until smooth, then strain to remove seeds.

2. In a small bowl, bloom gelatin with water for 5 minutes.

3. Heat raspberry puree with lemon juice and powdered sugar until sugar dissolves, then stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.

4. Let raspberry mixture cool to room temperature.

5. Whip heavy cream with vanilla extract to soft peaks.

6. Gently fold cooled raspberry mixture into whipped cream in batches.

7. Pour mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds and tap to remove air bubbles.

8. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight until fully set.

9. Carefully unmold and garnish with berries or sauce before serving.

Notes

Use silicone molds for the best shape and easy unmolding.

Let the raspberry mixture cool before folding into the whipped cream to prevent deflating.

You can freeze the mousse in molds for future use—just thaw gently in the fridge.
