- 180g warm whole milk
- 60g unsalted butter, softened

- 240g powdered sugar
- 3–4 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the Dough: In a stand mixer, combine starter, flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and milk. Knead until combined, then add butter and vanilla. Mix until dough is smooth and stretchy.
