Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Add breadcrumbs if using.
- Cook rotini in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- In a skillet, sear the marinated chicken over medium-high heat until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Use pasta water to adjust the sauce’s consistency.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve with chicken bites on top or on the side. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
