Juicy, flavorful garlic grilled shrimp marinated in a zesty blend of olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and spices, then grilled to perfection. This easy and healthy seafood recipe is perfect for BBQs, weeknight dinners, or as a delicious appetizer. Serve with rice, salad, or grilled veggies!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15–20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375–400°F) and oil the grates.
  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers if desired, leaving space between each shrimp.
  5. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from grill, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
