Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15–20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375–400°F) and oil the grates.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers if desired, leaving space between each shrimp.
- Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
