Description
Juicy, golden-seared Garlic Butter Steak Bites are rich, tender, and ready in just 15 minutes. Tossed in a garlicky butter sauce, they’re perfect for a quick dinner or elegant appetizer.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions
1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper. Let rest at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a hot skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear steak cubes in batches, 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. Lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic. Stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
5. Return steak to skillet. Toss to coat in garlic butter, cooking 1–2 more minutes.
6. Sprinkle with parsley and optional red pepper flakes or Worcestershire. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use high-quality steak for best flavor and tenderness.
Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure a proper sear.
Let steak rest after cooking to retain juices.
