Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 packs ramen noodles
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili paste or powder (adjust to taste)
2 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Pat chicken thighs dry and rub with salt, pepper, and chili paste or powder. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear the chicken thighs for 4–5 minutes per side until charred and cooked through. Remove and rest before slicing.
3. In the same pan, lower heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until golden and fragrant.
4. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then stir in heavy cream and soy sauce. Simmer for 5–7 minutes to thicken.
5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
6. Slice the rested chicken.
7. Place cooked noodles in bowls. Pour hot garlic broth over noodles.
8. Top with sliced chicken, green onions, and optional chili oil. Serve hot.
Notes
Let the chicken rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
Don’t boil the cream once added—simmer gently to avoid curdling.
You can adjust the spice by adding chili oil at the end instead of into the broth.
