Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 cans tuna, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
2 stalks celery, diced
1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup dill pickles or relish
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup green peas (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, pickles or relish, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
3. Add tuna to the bowl and break it apart with a fork. Stir in celery and red onion.
4. Fold in the cooled macaroni until evenly coated with the dressing.
