A quick and comforting one-pan meal where cheesy tortellini, smoky kielbasa, and juicy cherry tomatoes roast together with olive oil, garlic, and fresh basil—finished with a generous dusting of parmesan. It’s weeknight magic with minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 18 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tortellini, kielbasa, cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the tortellini is crisp and the sausage is browned.
  5. Remove from oven and top with grated parmesan and fresh basil.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.
