Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup cucumber

1/4 cup red onion

1/2 cup feta cheese

1/2 cup olives

2 tablespoons fresh parsley or mint


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined

2. Cut the chicken into evenly sized cubes

7. Cook skewers for 10–15 minutes turning occasionally
