Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil

4 slices Swiss cheese

4 slices deli ham

1 tomato sliced

1 cup lettuce

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp mayonnaise

2 sandwich rolls or baguette

1 tbsp butter


Instructions

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then grill over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Rest and slice.

2. Slice bread and lightly butter, then toast until golden. Mix Dijon mustard with mayonnaise and spread on bread.

3. Layer Swiss cheese on the bottom bread, add warm chicken slices, then ham. Melt slightly if desired.

4. Add tomato slices and lettuce on top.

5. Close sandwich, press gently, slice, and serve immediately.
