Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 bunch broccolini, trimmed

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Sear chicken in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
