Ingredients

24 oz frozen fully cooked homestyle meatballs

2 cups baby carrots

2 stalks celery, chopped into 1-inch pieces

2 cups beef broth

2 packets brown gravy mix

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

4 cups prepared mashed potatoes (for serving)

Instructions

1. Place frozen meatballs, baby carrots, and chopped celery into a slow cooker or large pot.

2. Pour in beef broth and sprinkle over the brown gravy mix.

3. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.

4. For slow cooker: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

5. For stovetop: Simmer covered over medium heat for 45–60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Optional: Thicken the gravy by mixing 1 tablespoon cornstarch with water and stirring it in during the final 10 minutes.

7. Serve hot over creamy mashed potatoes and enjoy!

Notes

Use low-sodium beef broth to better control the saltiness.

Add a cornstarch slurry at the end if you want a thicker gravy.

This dish freezes beautifully—make a double batch and save some for later.
