Ingredients

4 cups corn kernels

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup milk

4 ounces cream cheese

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Cut fresh corn off the cob or prepare frozen or canned corn by thawing or draining.

2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Stir in the corn and cook for 3–5 minutes.

5. Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring well.

6. Add cubed cream cheese and stir until fully melted.

7. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper.

9. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
