Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry

1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)

1/3 cup cranberry sauce

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1 egg

1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional for garnish)


Instructions

1. Thaw puff pastry until it’s pliable but still cold; roll slightly to remove creases.

2. Place the brie wheel in the center of the pastry.
