Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Grate fresh cheese for a smoother melt.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Heat the Dip:
