Description
This Easy BLT Wrap takes the beloved bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich and gives it a convenient, portable twist. Perfect for lunches, picnics, or quick dinners, it’s packed with crispy bacon, fresh veggies, and creamy mayo, all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.
Ingredients
1 large flour tortilla
3 slices crispy cooked bacon
1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1 small tomato sliced
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the bacon until crisp and let it drain on paper towels.
2. Wash and dry the lettuce and tomato. Slice the tomato thinly.
3. Warm the tortilla for 10 seconds in the microwave or in a dry skillet.
4. Spread mayonnaise over the center of the tortilla.
5. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and bacon evenly over the mayo.
6. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
7. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
8. Slice in half if serving immediately or wrap whole for later.
Notes
Prep the ingredients ahead and store separately to prevent sogginess.
