Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or butter)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
