- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Brown the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes). Add diced onion and garlic if using. Drain excess grease. - Assemble in Crockpot
