Description

Golden, crispy, and incredibly satisfying, these Crispy Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Tenders with Garlic Dip are the ultimate easy dinner. Whether you’re looking for quick weeknight meals, kid-approved comfort food, or flavorful snack ideas, this recipe has it all. Juicy chicken tenders coated in a crunchy parmesan-panko crust, paired with a creamy garlic dip — it’s a crispy, cheesy, garlic-lover’s dream that’s simple to make and perfect for any meal plan.

Ingredients

500g chicken tenders

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 and 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 cup mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped chives

Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Set up three bowls for dredging: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko, parmesan, and garlic powder.

2. Coat each chicken tender in flour, then egg, then the panko-parmesan mix. Press gently to adhere.

3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Fry chicken tenders in batches for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked.

4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Chill the dip while the chicken cooks.

5. Drain tenders on paper towels or a wire rack. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with garlic dip.

Notes

For extra crispiness, let tenders rest on a wire rack after frying.

The garlic dip tastes even better if chilled for 30 minutes before serving.

To make this lighter, bake at 425°F for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
