Ingredients

2 breaded chicken cutlets or tenders

2 cups romaine lettuce, finely shredded

1/4 cup Caesar dressing

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

2 large flour tortillas

1/4 cup crushed croutons (optional)


Instructions

1. Bake or air-fry the breaded chicken until crispy and golden, about 15–20 minutes.

2. Finely chop and rinse the romaine lettuce. Dry thoroughly.

3. Warm the flour tortillas in a pan or microwave to make them soft and flexible.

4. Place a handful of lettuce in the center of each tortilla, add sliced chicken, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and top with Parmesan.

5. Sprinkle crushed croutons if using.

6. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly.

7. Optional: Grill the wrap for 1–2 minutes per side for a toasted finish.
