Instructions

2. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Set aside.
3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add another 2 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir and scrape the pan to incorporate flavor from the seared chicken.
