Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit for serving (strawberries, grapes, apples, pineapple, melon, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for 30–45 minutes.
  2. Beat the cream cheese with a hand or stand mixer until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula until smooth.
  5. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish as desired and serve with an assortment of fresh fruit.
