12 teaspoons cranberry sauce
24 pecan halves or chopped pecans
Optional rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
2. Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut into 24 equal squares.
3. Gently press one square into each well of the muffin tin to form a cup.
4. Add one cube of brie to each pastry cup.
5. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of each brie cube.
6. Place a pecan half on top of each bite.
7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the pastry is golden and brie is melted.
8. Let cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with rosemary and serving.
Notes
Chill the puff pastry before cutting for cleaner edges and better puff.
Avoid overfilling the pastry with cranberry sauce to prevent overflow.
These can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving for best texture.
