Description

Cool Whip Pineapple Fluff is the ultimate no-bake dessert that brings tropical flavors and creamy sweetness together in one dreamy bowl. This light and fluffy treat is perfect for quick breakfast ideas, easy dinner desserts, or as a healthy snack twist with the right swaps. Made with crushed pineapple, instant vanilla pudding, and Cool Whip, it’s a crowd-pleaser at potlucks, BBQs, and holiday gatherings. Whether you’re searching for food ideas that require minimal effort or an easy recipe that’s refreshingly delicious, this fluff has you covered!

Ingredients

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

4 oz cream cheese, softened (optional)

6 maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Drain the crushed pineapple thoroughly in a fine mesh strainer to remove excess liquid.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pineapple and vanilla pudding mix until the mixture begins to thicken.

3. Fold in the Cool Whip gently using a spatula to maintain a light texture.

4. Add in mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or softened cream cheese if desired, and fold until combined.

5. Transfer the fluff into a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

6. Garnish with extra pineapple chunks, toasted coconut, and a sprig of mint or cherry before serving. Serve chilled.

Notes

Make sure the pineapple is thoroughly drained to prevent the fluff from turning watery.

Chill for at least 1 hour to allow the pudding to set and flavors to combine.

Toasting the coconut brings out an extra depth of flavor that’s totally worth the extra step.
