- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb cod fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive or coconut oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 2 cups seafood or chicken broth
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced (optional)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 1–2 limes (to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
