Ingredients
- 1 can pre-made cinnamon rolls (with icing)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Optional Toppings:
- Powdered sugar
- Maple syrup
- Extra cinnamon sugar
- Icing from roll package
Instructions
- Open and separate the cinnamon rolls. Slice each into 4 bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar (if using), and salt.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tbsp butter.
- Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture for 2–3 seconds.
- Place the coated bites on the skillet, cooking 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Repeat in batches, adding more butter as needed.
- Serve warm with desired toppings like maple syrup or icing.
