Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, garlic, and soy sauce. Reserve 2 tablespoons for finishing.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon skin-side down and sear for 4–5 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy.
- Flip salmon and pour in the marinade. Cook another 3–4 minutes, spooning sauce over the fillets as it reduces.
- Transfer salmon to plates, drizzle with reserved glaze, and top with chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
