Description

Cilantro Lime Honey Garlic Salmon is a vibrant, sweet-and-savory seafood dish where pan-seared salmon fillets are glazed in a luscious mix of honey, fresh lime juice, garlic, and soy sauce, then topped with chopped cilantro. It’s fast, flavorful, and perfect for a healthy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, garlic, and soy sauce. Reserve 2 tablespoons for finishing.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Place salmon skin-side down and sear for 4–5 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy.
  5. Flip salmon and pour in the marinade. Cook another 3–4 minutes, spooning sauce over the fillets as it reduces.
  6. Transfer salmon to plates, drizzle with reserved glaze, and top with chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
