1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons taco seasoning

1/2 lime, juiced

1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeño (optional)
1/4 cup diced tomatoes (for garnish)
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (for garnish)
1/2 teaspoon paprika (for garnish)
Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving
Instructions
1. Allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature.
2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
3. Fold in the shredded cheddar, lime juice, green onions, cilantro, red bell pepper, and jalapeño if using.
4. Line a bundt pan or round bowl with plastic wrap and spoon the mixture into it, pressing down firmly.
