Ingredients
12 cups popped popcorn
4 cups mini marshmallows
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup holiday-colored M&M’s
Nonstick spray or oil (for greasing)
Instructions
1. Lightly grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray or oil. Set aside.
2. Pop the popcorn and remove any unpopped kernels. Place in a large mixing bowl.
3. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
4. Add mini marshmallows and stir constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
5. Stir in vanilla extract, if using.
6. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently stir until coated.
7. Allow to cool slightly, then fold in the M&M’s gently.
8. Press the mixture into the greased bundt pan, pressing evenly.
9. Let it set for 30–45 minutes.
10. Turn the pan upside down onto a serving plate and gently remove.
11. Slice and serve using a greased serrated knife.
