Ingredients
- 20–24 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook jumbo shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
