Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust (store-bought, homemade, or flatbread)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup pesto sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Place pizza stone in the oven if using.
  2. Spread pesto sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border.
  3. Distribute chopped chicken evenly over the pesto layer.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 10–14 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, and crust is golden.
