Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust (store-bought, homemade, or flatbread)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup pesto sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Place pizza stone in the oven if using.
- Spread pesto sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border.
- Distribute chopped chicken evenly over the pesto layer.
- Top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 10–14 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, and crust is golden.
