Description

This Chicken Alfredo Lasagna is a rich, comforting dish that layers tender shredded chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and gooey cheese between perfectly cooked lasagna noodles. It’s ideal for cozy dinners, meal prepping, or impressing guests with minimal fuss.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 (15 oz) jar or 2 cups homemade Alfredo sauce
  • 9 lasagna noodles (regular or oven-ready)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If using traditional noodles, cook according to package directions and set aside.
  3. Warm Alfredo sauce in a saucepan; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Add a layer of noodles, followed by shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat layers.
  6. Finish with a final layer of noodles, sauce, and cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and serve.
