Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or blend with cheddar)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for toasting wraps)
- Optional: chopped parsley, red chili flakes, lime juice, dipping sauce
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized strips or cubes.
- Toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Lower heat and add melted butter and minced garlic. Stir to coat chicken.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 10–15 seconds per side.
- Assemble wraps: add chicken and cheese to each tortilla and fold into a wrap.
- Heat skillet again with butter or oil. Toast wraps seam-side down until golden, 2–3 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve warm with your favorite sides or dipping sauce.
