Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×9 baking dish or cast iron skillet.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth.

3. Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix thoroughly.

4. Fold in the shredded chicken and most of the crumbled bacon. Stir until evenly distributed.

5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly and top with the reserved bacon.

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the dip is bubbly and golden on top. Optionally broil for 2–3 minutes.

7. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with chopped parsley if using, and serve warm with chips or veggies.

Notes

Soften cream cheese fully before mixing to avoid lumps.

Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt and smoothness.

Bake until bubbly and lightly browned — don’t overbake or it may become too thick.
