4 salmon fillets
1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese Garlic & Fine Herbs
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
