4 cups all-purpose flour

2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

2 large eggs

1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
Instructions
1. Warm the milk until just warm (about 100°F), stir in sugar and sprinkle yeast on top. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2. Whisk in eggs and melted butter, then gradually add flour and salt. Knead for about 8 minutes until smooth.
3. Cover and let the dough rise for 1–1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
4. Meanwhile, cook strawberries, brown sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened. Cool slightly.
5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread strawberry filling evenly, then roll tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again for 30–45 minutes until puffy.
7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–28 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly.
8. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream to make a glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls and serve.
