Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

2 flatbreads

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Olive oil, for brushing

Optional: red pepper flakes or sliced jalapeños


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.

2. In a mixing bowl, toss shredded chicken with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. Let it sit to absorb flavor.

3. Place flatbreads on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush lightly with olive oil.

4. Spread the BBQ chicken over the flatbreads. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and red onion slices.

5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden. Broil 1–2 minutes if needed.
