Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Cooked white rice, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken thighs smooth-side down for 3-4 minutes until browned. Flip and sear the other side for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Spoon half the sauce over the seared chicken thighs.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven, spoon remaining sauce over top, and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot over rice.
