Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and cutting them in half.

Toss with seasoning – In a large bowl, mix Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, and optional ingredients.

Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down.

Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and caramelized.
