Ingredients

  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the dish and press down gently.
  3. Sprinkle bacon and 1 cup of the cheese over the hash browns.
