Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count, flaky layers)

1 cup apple pie filling, finely chopped

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)

0.5 cup caramel sauce

0.25 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cubed

1 pinch salt

Optional: chopped nuts, vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.

2. In a small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, salt, and cold butter to make the crumble topping. Set in fridge.

3. Chop apple pie filling into small pieces.

4. Flatten each biscuit and place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center.

5. Fold dough around filling and seal tightly. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

6. Brush each dough ball with melted butter. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

7. Bake for 14–17 minutes until golden brown.

8. Let bombs cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.

9. Warm caramel sauce until pourable and drizzle over each bomb.

10. Sprinkle with crumble topping and optional chopped nuts. Serve warm.

Notes

Chop apple filling finely to prevent tearing the dough.

Brush dough with butter for golden, flavorful crust.

Always drizzle caramel after reheating or right before serving for best texture.
