Ingredients
6 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets

8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

1 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup sunflower seeds optional

Instructions
1. Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli and cauliflower.
2. Cut into small bite-sized florets.
3. Finely dice onion and shred cheddar cheese.
4. Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble.
5. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
6. Combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion, cheese, seeds, and dried fruit.
7. Pour dressing over salad and toss evenly.
8. Fold in bacon, reserving some for garnish.
