1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

2. Place tortilla on a flat surface and spread the garlic butter evenly across it.
3. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the buttered tortilla.
4. Add red pepper flakes if using.
5. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–6 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
6. Remove and let sit for 1–2 minutes.
7. Slice into wedges and garnish with parsley if desired.
8. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
Notes
Use room temperature butter to avoid tearing the tortilla.
Watch the air fryer closely to prevent burning the edges.
You can prep ahead by assembling and refrigerating the tortilla, then air frying just before serving.
